AGNTK

Bespoke agentic systems

a·gen·tic (ə·ˈJEN·tik) adj. acting on its own; seeing work through to the result.

We build the agentic systems your company runs on.

Built on your expertise, your data, and the way you actually work. It fits because it was made to.

The problem

Most companies don't have an AI strategy. They have AI sprawl.

Someone pastes a client contract into ChatGPT. Someone keeps a private doc of prompts that work. Three tools are in use that nobody approved. Some of it helps. None of it connects to anything, and all of it leaves when the person who set it up does.

That's the sprawl. Every output is a one-off, nothing compounds, and the work that runs the company still happens by hand, one prompt at a time.

Underneath the mess is the real gap. The model everyone is prompting has read most of the internet and nothing the company knows. The expertise the whole business runs on, the one asset no competitor has, and the AI has never seen a page of it.

What we build

What your company knows, put to work.

It starts with the IP you're sitting on: the methodology, the training material, the years of documents that teach the work, and the things your best people know that never got written down. Owning it is not the same as using it. No one can hold a thousand pages in their head, and no one tries. We distill them into a working anatomy of the business: what you know, how you decide, how the work moves, all of it held at once and structured so machines can finally reason with it. You stop explaining yourself to a chatbot. You start handing real work to a system that already knows the company.

We build the platform on that foundation: agents for the specific jobs your people do, workflows for the processes that span them, a chat window for the moments a conversation is the right tool. Data from the systems you run can flow in when the work needs it. Not AI bolted onto the tools you have. A secure platform of its own: one place, one standard, one set of walls that confidential work never leaves. Everything built on it compounds.

Point it inward, and the whole team works with the judgment of your best. Point it outward, and every client gets a personal coach who knows the method cold.

Everyone else's AI has read the same internet. Yours has studied the business.

How we work

You work with the person who builds it.

You may already know how this usually goes. The team that sells you the work is gone by kickoff. Delivery lands offshore, an account manager with a dozen other clients sits in between, and from there it's a game of telephone: every question a ticket, every correction a change request, every round trip a week. What comes back is almost what you asked for. Almost right is the expensive kind of wrong, and nobody left on the chain is paid to care.

We built AGNTK to collapse that chain to one link. The person in the room at your workshop is the person who designs the platform, writes the code, and carries it into production, with a fleet of agents doing the volume a delivery team used to. Nothing gets translated, summarized, or handed down. What you said on Tuesday is in the build by Friday.

It feels less like buying software and more like being fitted for a suit. You're there for every fitting, the chalk goes on while you watch, and when something doesn't sit right, you say so and it sits right at the next one. The same tailor takes the first measurement and hands you the finished coat.

On craft

Good got cheap. Great didn't.

Agentic engineering changed the economics of building software the way every generation of tools has: it took over another layer of the work, and a smaller team now ships a bigger thing. The best engineers already write code by hand mostly out of nostalgia. One person who knows every layer, product, design, engineering, data, now directs agents through work that used to take a team for each. That doesn't make it easy; a real platform is still months of real work. What it makes cheap is competence. The floor rose. Most of what's sold as AI right now is sitting on it.

The ceiling is where it always was. The distance from good design to great design, from good UX to great UX, from useful software to software a company runs on, is still crossed one judgment call at a time. Agent building turns out to be a craft of its own: an agent that runs is a low bar, a fleet you can trust with real work is a discipline, and the distance from good to great in it is as wide as any of the others. The platforms we ship are mostly judgment calls, made with you, by the people who will live with them.

Every build points at the same outcome: a platform everyone who had a hand in it is proud of, agentic work brought to real life with some elegance.

Approach

It starts in a room with your team.

You come to see us, or we come to you. Either way, everything that follows is built on what we learn in that first room, by the people who were in it.

How an engagement runs

Prove the idea, then build it in phases.

  1. I.Workshop

In person, with the people who do the work. We arrive with questions, not a solution: how the business runs, where the IP lives, what the systems and data hold, where the hours go. Then we trade ideas until the picture sharpens: what hurts, what's valuable, what's feasible, what isn't worth the time. You don't have to know what you want. We walk out with the core direction, and enough to start proving it.

  2. II.Prototype

Then something real to react to. A prototype in your hands beats any document: what's missing becomes obvious, the details get decided, and the true scope settles before the build begins. It's also usually where the excitement kicks in, because what's possible stops being abstract.

  3. III.Phased build

The platform comes together in working pieces, delivered every couple of weeks for you to use and react to. We build in the open and adjust as we go; no reveals, no bad surprises. Production quality goes in from the start, not at the end: security, logging, monitoring, performance. The difference between a demo and a platform is everything you don't see.

  4. IV.Run state

When the platform goes live, have us stay on to run it: support, upkeep, a steady hand that knows every line. Or take it in-house; it was built to be handed over. Either way, we stay close while your team folds it into the day to day. This is the stretch that decides whether a platform takes hold or quietly stalls.

  5. V.Continuous improvement

No software is ever done. Real use turns up what's worth building next: small refinements ship as they surface, and bigger ideas become their own phase, scoped the way the first one was. Iterated like that, month after month, the platform compounds into something nothing off the shelf can catch.

How we work together

A partner, not a vendor.

We don't build to a spec frozen on day one. Some ideas that sounded right in the workshop get cut the first time someone uses the thing. Others don't surface until the build is underway. The plan flexes around what we learn.

We measure the engagement by the platform, not the paperwork. Getting there takes deciding together, the whole way through. Expect pushback when an idea isn't worth building, even one you were ready to pay for.

Why a studio

Software products solve the average problem. Yours isn't average.

A software product is built for ten thousand companies at once. It covers the parts of your business that look like everyone else's, and it asks you to bend the rest to fit. But the rest is the business: the method, the judgment, whatever your customers can't find anywhere else. Nobody makes a product for a market of one. That's the only market we serve, and what we build there is yours outright.

A national consultancy

Business development platform

Twenty years of a proprietary business development method, distilled into a working anatomy of how the firm grows client relationships. Around it, the platform: a team of agents, CRM data flowing in, memory that deepens with every conversation and picks up where you left off, live collaborative documents, drafts written in each professional's own voice. Enterprise-secure, multi-tenant, and now in front of the firm's own clients, every one of them with a personal coach in the method and the next best move in hand.

Live in production

The studio

Fortune 500 pedigree, startup DNA.

Our careers run through multi-year, nine-figure transformations at the Fortune 500 scale, through the teams built from scratch to deliver them, and through startups of our own, taken from first commit to production. Along the way we have played every role: product, architecture, code, implementation, support, and the client relationships that hold them together.

For years we sat on the buying side of this industry too, working with hundreds of consultants from the largest firms in the world. We know what a handoff costs because we have paid for it. We have seen engagements go every way they can go, and we know what makes a great partner and what makes a poor one.

A note from us

We have spent a long time getting complicated things built, in big companies and small ones, on the technical side and the business side. The lesson that stuck: the work goes right when the person who understands the problem is the person who builds the answer.

AGNTK exists so we can work that way: a few engagements a year, with companies that care about their business the way we care about the work, on projects we can dive into head first. If we work together, you will have us in the room and in the build, from the first workshop until well after launch.

We intend both to be exceptional: the platform, and the experience of building it together.
